The Friends of Brislington Brook are excited to announce that Richard Bland has agreed to guide an evening bird walk through St Anne’s Woods on Friday 28 April 2017. Richard is unquestionably one of our leading local naturalists and has watched, studied and mapped local birds over many decades. He knows St Anne’s Woods and Nightingale Valley very well and in this stroll, lasting under a couple of hours and on mostly level paths, we should see and hear many of the species that live in the woods and along the brook.
Unfortunately, as per our previous events this year, we have to limit the number of people who attend. If you would like to book a place please send us an email, including the number of places you would like. We will then confirm if you have been successful and, closer to the event, confirm the starting time and location.
As per all our events, this is FREE for anyone that has been successful in booking a place but donations are very welcome, which will be split between the Friends of Brislington Brook and Richard’s chosen Friends Group.
Don’t delay in sending your email as we expect places to fill up very quickly…. firstname.lastname@example.org
